1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to the sale of products through the FinTea online store to consumers in Finland.

By placing an order in the online store, the customer accepts these Terms & Conditions and agrees to comply with them.

FinTea operates in accordance with Finnish consumer protection legislation.

2. Products and Prices

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include value added tax (VAT).

We reserve the right to change prices, delivery costs, and product selection prior to order confirmation.

3. Ordering

Orders are placed through the online store.

An order becomes binding once the customer has received an order confirmation by email.

FinTea reserves the right to reject an order in case of stock errors, technical issues, or payment problems.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through an external payment service provider.

Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.

FinTea does not store customers’ payment card information.

5. Delivery

We deliver products within Finland only.

The estimated delivery time is usually 2–5 business days from order confirmation.

In case of delays, the customer will be informed without unnecessary delay.

Delivery costs are clearly displayed before order confirmation.

6. Right of Withdrawal

According to Finnish consumer protection law, the customer has the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened food products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returned products must be unused, in saleable condition, and in their original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

7. Defective Products

If a product is damaged during delivery or otherwise defective, the customer must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

In cases of defects, we act in accordance with Finnish consumer protection law.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation.
